Here's what web designers usually say, and what we actually mean:
| Agency jargon | What it actually means | Can Appero Studio do it? |
|---|---|---|
| SEO | Making your site show up on Google | ✅ Yes |
| Conversion optimisation | Making visitors actually contact you | ✅ Yes |
| UX design | Making it easy to use | ✅ Yes |
| CMS integration | Letting you update your own content | ✅ Yes |
| Analytics setup | Seeing how many people visit your site | ✅ Yes |
| Performance optimisation | Making it load fast | ✅ Yes |
| Custom web applications | Booking systems, portals, dashboards | ✅ Yes |
Every single one of these is included or available as part of an Appero Studio build. You don't need to know what any of it means, that's my job.
Hi, I'm Joel, a web designer based in Northwich, Cheshire.
I have two things I genuinely love: building things that look great online, and helping people. Running Appero Studio lets me do both at once, and that's a pretty rare thing to be able to say about your work.
I build every site myself. That means you get one person who actually cares, responds within 24 hours, and explains everything in plain English. No account managers, no handoffs, no jargon.
Based in Northwich, covering the whole of the UK. I reply within 24 hours.
